Love Therapy
Love Therapy uses a combination of Hypno-CBT and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). It is a therapeutic approach that aims to help those who struggle with shame and self-criticism, often resulting from early childhood experiences. Love therapy consists of 6 (60 minute sessions) and is offered following a full assessment.
Cost: £65 per session
Emotional Regulation Therapy
Emotional Regulation intervention is based on Hypno-CBT and our Emotional Regulation course. Emotional Regulation work consists of six sessions and is offered following a full assessment.
Cost: £65 per session
Hypnobirthing
Delivered by a registered midwife, our hypnobirthing course consists of 4 sessions (60 minutes each) and cost includes birthing partner attendance. It is based on Hypno-CBT. Before enrolling on to these sessions, a mini assessment is required however you do not need to have a full assessment. At the end of the course you will be provided with free resources to support your ongoing hypnobirthing journey.

The Complete Works

Master Classes
Our mater class sessions help corporate businesses and schools to develop a mentally healthy environment and to help inform policy and procedure. Master class sessions are evidence based and this includes neuroscientific findings. Sessions can be delivered either face to face at corporate providers' locations, or online, and to groups of children, professionals or parents.
