We are a specialist therapeutic service based in Essex, offering support to adults and children (aged over 7 years) for a range of problems including stress, habits, phobias and anxieties. Our services can be delivered face to face at our practice or online.
Rewire offers a fresh, new approach to therapy based on Hypno-CBT®.
Hypno-CBT® is a highly integrative therapeutic model combining principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and hypnosis. Contact us for a FREE consultation via telephone to work out if our service is suitable for your needs. If so, we will offer an assessment and therapy planning session, or we will signpost to one of our approved partnership services if we feel they will best meet your needs.
Assessment &
therapy plan
The assessment and therapy planning session takes approx. 90 minutes. It includes a full assessment to understand your problem you are presenting with, and the formulation of an individualised therapy plan.
Therapy sessions
Following assessment you can book your therapy sessions, which will be based on your agreed therapy plan. On average clients have between 4-6 sessions with each sessions lasting 45 minutes.
